Alvis carries many sizes of limestone for driveways, pathways, paver-base, retaining wall backfill, and for water diversion.
All products are NATURAL materials!! There will be variances in sizes. (Each piece is NOT measured!) There will be a variance with color, amount of dust, and other natural occurrences. ALL limestones and gravels meet state specifications.

#2 LIMESTONE
- The AVERAGE size is 1 1/2″ – 3 1/2″. There MAY be some pieces that are smaller and some that can range up to 6″. The one w/the ruler measures 6″ BUT the width is within ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation) spec of 1 1/2″ to 3 1/3″. This is STILL considered #2 Limestone.
